It has been an uplifting summer for our Marketing Team at The UPS Store! We recently spent the morning volunteering at , assembling 820 food assistance bags and sorted a total of 4,700 pounds of produce for distribution to those in need. I’m so proud of our team for coming together and making a difference serving San Diegans facing food insecurity.

From the moment The UPS Store franchisees were greeted with Sphere’s immersive art showcasing The UPS Store, to the moment I walked into the Convention hall, I was struck by the energy and passion of everyone in Vegas last week. One of the reasons I enjoy Convention is sharing with our franchisees, giving them information and exposure to the work that happens behind the scenes. Our Mainstage Marketing discussion on Day 1, with our fantastic hosts Jessica and Rachel, gave our network a look at our latest creative that was just launched. The meaningful connections we made are the heartbeat of our business, and I’m excited about the bright future we continue to build together.#TheUPSStoreConvention #BeUnstoppable

This year, for The UPS Store Convention 2024, we decided to surprise our franchisees with something big. Really big. The UPS Store is lighting up the massive Sphere in Las Vegas! We’ve got two eye-catching activations on the exterior of Sphere – the world's largest LED screen – with each video unit telling a unique story inspired by what we do best.A huge shoutout to the creative teams at Doner Company and Sphere Studios for making these animations truly spectacular. #TheUPSStoreConvention#BeUnstoppable

The UPS Store continues to be recognized! We were recently named No. 1 in Postal & Business Centers on the Best of the Best Franchises, and No. 1 in Top Franchises for Less Than $150,000 in the Entrepreneur Media rankings. As we’ve been busy preparing for our biennial The UPS Store Convention happening next week, this is the perfect time to celebrate these wins as an industry leader with our Network. #TheUPSStoreConvention#BeUnstoppablehttps://bit.ly/4bJbf85

Honored as a The Webby Awards Honoree for our team’s work on Main Street Moguls by The UPS Store on Roblox! It's incredibly validating to be acknowledged among the top 25% of all work entered into the 28th Annual Webby Awards. Since introducing our entrepreneurial-style game on Roblox last year, we’ve been connecting with and educating new audiences on what it takes to run a business. Thank you to our team -- Doner, Assembly Global, Enthusiast Gaming, and Suit Up Games -- supporters, and users for inspiring us to innovate and create an immersive experience that makes an impact for current and aspiring small business owners. #Webbys
